We offer delivery on all products sold to customers in Ireland
Delivery for flat pack garden rooms in stock at our warehouse usually takes from 4–6 weeks, and delivery of flat pack garden rooms that need to be shipped from our factory takes between 6 – 8 weeks.
Delivery of our flat pack garden rooms is carried out on working days. We will contact you in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
Orders below the amount of €1000.00 will have a delivery charge.

If you want to arrange shipping to other areas of the British Isles, or to anywhere else in the world, please get in touch. We can arrange worldwide delivery and would be happy to provide you with a quote for the additional cost.
Weatherproof flat pack garden rooms delivered
Our garden buildings are stored and transported in the form of flat pack garden rooms. This means that they are secure, sealed, and weatherproof. The flat pack garden room includes everything from construction materials, doors, and windows, to fixtures and fittings. We will include your additionally-ordered products in the flat pack or as a separate sealed package.

Please note that some of our products are delivered as a complete unit that needs minor assembly work or no additional assembly. We’ll let you know in advance if your product is delivered as a ready-assembled unit.
Hard to reach areas - specialist delivery
Please let us know if you require specialist delivery to a hard-to-reach location, as this incurs an extra charge.
Due to road restrictions or other reasons, specialist delivery is required to reach locations that our standard delivery vehicles cannot access. Our standard delivery vehicles require a space that is 10 m long and 4.5 m wide to unload safely. The vehicles themselves are 2.5 m high.
If you are not sure whether or not you need specialist delivery, make be sure to contact us in advance and we can advise and/or offer a quote as required. Please note that if you fail to provide the relevant information then our delivery teams will unload your product at the nearest main road boundary.
Unloading of flat pack garden rooms
Our delivery service includes the unloading of your new timber product, free of charge! We will never ask you to help us with the unloading process, and we ask for no extra charge. Please prepare a dry space, preferably on a hard surface, to avoid any damage to your new garden building.
